SYLVA
The effort of the newly created Sylva chapter in Puglia (Italy's heel shaped region) to restore the territory seeding hundreds of new olive trees. Enforcing all hands and funds on board to stop the xylella bacterium which carries death across the plantations. Olive trees have historic roots: they are centuries long lasting trees. Not growing very tall they develop their trunks creating natural but unreal shapes and postures.
